To make your journey of designing custom wood furniture effortless and enjoyable, we’ve broken down the process into three simple and easy-to-follow subsections. Each step has been designed to be informative and engaging, ensuring clarity while making the experience stress-free and collaborative.

How Does the Process of Made-to-order Furniture Work?

To make designing your tailor-made furniture easy, we have included a contact form at the end of this page. You can fill in basic details like name, contact number, and email address, type your requirements in the message area, and click ‘submit.’ You also have a choice of attaching 2-4 sample images of the design you have in mind.

Alternatively, you can contact our sales team at sales@finestilo.com, state your requirements, and attach (if any) images of the design you have made. If you want to customize one of our listed products, let us know in your email/ message.

Once we receive your request, our sales team will contact you within one working day and ask for additional details regarding your project. One of our sales executives will then set up a call with you at your convenience. Our sales executive will walk you through the process on that call and answer any questions.

This whole process could take 1-2 working days, and you don’t have to pay a single penny up to this point.

Starting the Design Journey

To proceed with your custom wood furniture project, we require a modest USD 35 fee for design consultation and 3D product renderings. If you proceed with us, this fee will be credited toward your final purchase.

This fee includes:

A one-on-one discussion with our design team, where they’ll answer your product-related questions.
Assistance in selecting premium materials to match your preferences and needs.
3D renderings of your custom product for approval.

This nominal fee ensures a dedicated and thorough service while minimizing misuse of resources.

Once we finalize your design and material preference, we will provide you with an accurate, all-inclusive quote price for your complete custom-made wood furniture project. 2. Delivery to Your Nearest International Port: We’ll deliver the product to your nearest international airport or seaport. You handle the customs clearance and any other requirements the destination country needs. 

3. Direct Delivery to Your Doorstep: We’ll deliver your custom built furniture order directly to your door. We handle all the logistics, customs, and other paperwork the destination country requires. This option provides the most convenience, especially for international deliveries.


You’ll be asked to choose your preferred shipping option when you receive your quotation.
