Returns and Replacements

Important: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, and depending on your payment provider, the refund process may take 3–5 business days.

Please note that we can only issue refunds using the original payment method used for the purchase. If you have any issues with the refund process, our customer support team is here to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
