- Personalized Coupons and Offers: These are sent to registered customers via our official email or phone number and remain valid for six months unless otherwise specified.
- Website Credits and Discount Codes: These are sometimes offered to customers after a purchase and are valid for one year from the date issued.
All offers are subject to product availability on a first-come, first-served basis. If a product is out of stock during a general sale, email us at sale@finestilo.com, and we’ll notify you when the item is back in stock. However, please note that previously active sale discounts may only be applied to new purchases if the sale is ongoing.

Our purchasing process is designed to be simple and secure, with the following steps:

- Checkout Options: You may proceed as a guest or register for an account. Providing contact information (shipping address, email, and phone number) is required for all orders, but registration allows for easy order tracking and a more personalized experience.
- Order Review: Before finalizing your order, you’ll have an opportunity to review and verify all items. If you need to make changes after placing the order, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Payment Methods: We offer a range of payment options, including credit cards, PayPal, and internet banking, through secure, trusted payment gateways.
- Order Confirmation: Within an hour of placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and all updates will be sent directly to your email. Registered customers can also track their orders through our website.
Price, Taxes, and Shipping Costs
Our website supports a currency switcher for seamless global shopping. Based on your location, prices will appear in USD, Euros, Pounds, or INR:
- United States: USD
- Europe: Euros
- United Kingdom: Pounds
- India: INR
- All other regions: USD
Final prices may vary from the product prices after including the applicable VAT and other tax requirements based on the destination country.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping: Orders over $85 qualify for free standard delivery, which takes approximately 14-21 days after dispatch. Processing times vary per product and are displayed on each product page.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, customers can choose express shipping at an additional cost, calculated based on their location.
For B2B or custom decor orders, we offer specialized shipping options, primarily via sea:
- Indian Port Pickup: Free delivery to any international port in India, with the customer handling onward shipping.
- Port Delivery:We deliver your consignment to your nearest international port, and the customers handle onward shipping. Shipping to an Indian International port will be free, and additional charges will be applied for the extra part.
- Home Delivery: We manage the entire logistics chain to deliver directly to the customer’s home or business. Charges will be applied for all services after delivery to an Indian international port.
Payment Options
We partner with trusted payment processors and banks to secure transactions for every order. Customers can pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure methods.
Upcoming Installment Options: Although installment plans (such as Buy Now Pay Later) are not yet available, we’re working to introduce them within the next six months. Once available, they’ll be displayed on product pages, and we’ll inform our customers via email and newsletter.
Invoice and Order Confirmation
Invoices and order confirmation details are automatically sent to the email provided at checkout. Registered customers can also access their invoices by logging into their accounts. For guest checkouts, invoices are included as a PDF attachment in the confirmation email, and a printed copy of the invoice is shipped with the order, along with any relevant safety and instruction manuals.
Delivery Details
We’ve partnered with top shipping providers, including DHL and FedEx, to ensure smooth, reliable deliveries.
- Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 14-21 days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: If express delivery is chosen, orders arrive about 5-7 days after dispatch.
Delivery Liability and Claims
Customers can track their order directly on our website or by using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. To ensure the condition of your items, please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging and product. You may ask the delivery provider to wait while inspecting the item. If there is any issue, you can refuse the delivery, document the damage, and notify us immediately.
We work with reputable insurance providers and are committed to resolving claims promptly. We will either replace the product or offer a refund based on the customer’s preference.
Availability
At Finestilo, we closely manage product availability to align with our inventory levels. Our website automatically stops taking orders once an item is out of stock. However, if an unexpected issue arises, we promptly inform the customer and offer two options: waiting until the product is restocked or receiving a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Offers & Discounts
Currently, we do not sell gift cards on our website. However, we provide exclusive, personalized offers and discounts to our valued customers, valid for one year from the issue date. These offers are curated to enhance your Finestilo experience and shared directly with our team.
Returns & Replacements
Our return and replacement policy covers specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction. We accept returns or offer replacements if:
- The product received differs from the images shown or the product description on our website.
- The product arrives damaged.
In cases of damage, we initiate a replacement process within 48 hours. We partner with reliable insurance companies to cover costs. However, the customer may sometimes be asked to cover the return delivery fee from their location to our facility.
Damaged Products
To ensure smooth handling of any issues with damaged products, we request that customers inspect the product upon delivery. Please document any visible damages with photos or videos and contact us within 48 hours after the delivery at customercare@finestilo.com. We will respond within 24 hours and immediately start the replacement process.

Guarantee Policy
Currently, we do not offer a formal guarantee on our products. However, we take great care to ensure the quality of every item we sell. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, we offer replacements to ensure your satisfaction.
Additionally, we provide our customers with clear manuals on adequately handling and caring for our products to ensure longevity.
Force Majeure
At Finestilo, we understand that sometimes unforeseen events can disrupt normal operations. We are not liable for any delays or failure to meet obligations in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work diligently to minimize any impact on your experience.
Intellectual Property
At Finestilo, we retain all intellectual property rights over our designs, photographs, product images, website content, and marketing materials, including drawings and illustrations. We allow collaboration with press and online publishers who may use the photos in our downloadable press kits for product promotion, reviews, and blogs. These images can only be used for the specified purposes and may not be altered, resold, or used to create similar products.
When collaborating with third parties on a product or design, the rights to the assets created will be mutually agreed upon and clearly stated in the product description or press kit. Any rights associated with the product will be outlined between the collaborating entities.
We also license our business partners and resellers access to product images and other assets. This license applies only to resellers and partners authorized to use the materials provided by Finestilo while we retain full ownership of the products and designs.
Invalidity or Voidability
Suppose any of the terms in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are found to be invalid or unenforceable under the law. In that case, we will work to resolve any conflicts through discussion and negotiation with the relevant party. We aim to find a fair solution while ensuring that the remaining terms of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed and interpreted by the laws of India, where our headquarters are based. However, conflicts in countries where we are VAT registered will be resolved in that country’s jurisdiction. For all other matters, disputes will be handled in India.
Consumers will always retain the rights afforded to them under their local laws, even if the governing jurisdiction is in India.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
Finestilo complies with the Extended Producer Responsibility regulations as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability. That means we are responsible for adequately disposing, recycling, or treating products that may generate waste.
